Nearly all sea salt now carries microplastics, because the oceans do. Vera Salt comes instead from an ancient inland mineral spring in Spain, hand-harvested by traditional methods and never processed or bleached, and every batch is third-party tested for microplastics and for aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. This one takes their fleur de sel, the fine crystals that form on the surface of the evaporating spring water, and blends it with granulated garlic for savory depth. Nothing else: no anti-caking agents, no flavorings. Naturally present: potassium 294 ppm, magnesium 382 ppm, calcium 1,034 ppm.
