These terms govern your use of frontierorganics.store and any purchase you make from Frontier Organics Local Natural Provisions LLC.

Who we are

Frontier Organics Local Natural Provisions LLC, trading as Frontier Organics, Local Natural Provisions, 429 McHenry Ave, Modesto, California 95354. Contact: info@frontierorganics.store, (209) 567-2185.

Some brands we carry — including tallow skincare lines — are made by separate companies. Where a product is made by another business, that business is the manufacturer and we are the retailer.

Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. We may refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Orders and pricing

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full. Sales tax is applied where required by California law.

Pickup and shipping

Free local pickup is available at 429 McHenry Ave during store hours. Refrigerated goods — raw dairy, meat, eggs — are sold in store or by local pickup only and cannot be shipped. Shelf-stable items ship within the United States. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Raw dairy

Raw dairy sold here is produced and bottled by dairies permitted by the California Department of Food and Agriculture and is sold sealed as bottled. It is intended for sale and consumption within California. Federal law prohibits the interstate sale and shipment of raw milk for human consumption. You are responsible for deciding whether raw dairy is appropriate for you and your household.

Health and product claims

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Personal-care products sold here are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Read every label and check ingredients if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Intellectual property

Our store name, logo, photography, product copy, vendor dossiers, and the Frontier Standard are our property or used with permission. Brand names belonging to the makers we stock remain the property of those makers. You may not reproduce any of it commercially without written consent.

User content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Organics Local Natural Provisions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California.

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order is the version that applies.
