Slim, arching, sword-like leaves on a bare cane trunk — dracaena gives you height and structure without bulk, which makes it ideal for a narrow spot beside a chair or a bookcase. It's also one of the most genuinely low-maintenance tall plants there is.
Light: Low to bright indirect. Keep it out of direct sun.
Water: Every 10 to 14 days, letting the top half dry out. Dracaenas are sensitive to fluoride and salts — filtered water keeps the leaf tips from browning.
Grows: Upright and slow. Tidy for years.
