Calendula and echinacea are traditionally used to support lymph flow and immune response. Dandelion root supports elimination through both the lymphatic and digestive systems and is traditionally used to ease water retention. Chamomile brings balance, calming digestion and easing muscle tension so the blend feels soothing rather than harsh. It makes a good daily cup, especially during times of stress, illness or seasonal change.

How to use
Steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in 8oz of hot water. Cover and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink hot or pour over ice.
