Sea moss gel blended with strawberry and lilikoi — passionfruit — lemonade. Easier going than plain gel if you’ve tried it and didn’t get on with the texture.

Keep refrigerated and use within a few weeks. No preservatives.

One honest note: sea moss is naturally very high in iodine, and iodine is one of the few nutrients where more is not better. Stick to the serving size on the jar, and if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, ask your doctor before you start.
