Cacao nibs are the cacao bean itself, cracked into small pieces before anything is added. No sugar, no milk, no emulsifiers. Ora sources theirs from regenerative family farms in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda, where half the farmers are women and most are under 35, then lightly roasts them in small batches and processes them as little as possible to keep the bean's natural compounds intact. As Ora puts it, you are eating the seeds that could grow a cacao tree.
The flavor is deep, dark and roasty, like the bitter backbone of a great chocolate bar, with a satisfying crunch. Cacao is naturally rich in magnesium, iron, fiber and polyphenol antioxidants, along with theobromine, the gentle, steady stimulant that gives cacao its warm, focused lift without the jitters of coffee.

How to use
