Also called the umbrella tree, and you can see why — glossy leaflets radiate out from each stem like spokes. A big, full, generous plant that reads tropical without being fussy, and one of the few large houseplants that stays dense from the bottom up instead of going leggy.
Light: Bright indirect. More light means tighter, fuller growth.
Water: When the top two inches are dry, roughly weekly. Let it drain fully.
Grows: Tall and full. Prune the top if you want it to branch out rather than up.
