Borscht in a jar. Beets, carrots, onion, garlic and dill fermented together into a kraut that's dill-forward, garlicky and slightly earthy, with the natural sweetness of beets carrying the color and the finish.
Try it on: a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese, stirred into chicken salad, piled on a grain bowl, or alongside sausages and roasted meat. It's also very good spooned straight onto soup.
Organic ingredients: cabbage, baby beets, carrots, shallots, garlic, dill, unrefined sea salt.
Raw and unpasteurized — live cultures intact. Shelf stable unopened up to a year; refrigerate after opening.
