Ribeye is where the fat lives, and on a grass-finished animal that fat tastes different: mineral, buttery, clean. Engler breeds and raises for marbling on pasture alone, so you get a steak that eats rich without a day of grain in the animal's life.

The fat on grass-finished beef carries more omega-3s, CLA and fat-soluble vitamins than grain-fed, which is the whole reason to buy a ribeye from this ranch rather than any other. No feedlot, no added hormones or antibiotics.

How to use

Salt it the night before and leave it uncovered in the fridge. Reverse sear: low oven until ten degrees under, then a hard sear in tallow. Rest ten minutes before slicing. Sold per steak, one cut per pack.
