The four flavors

• Strawberry Walnut (red foil): Focus. Lion's mane and L-theanine, a pairing traditionally used for calm, clear concentration.
• Coffee Hazelnut (black foil): Energy. CoQ10 and PQQ, with organic coffee from Terranova Coffee Co. in Sacramento. Contains caffeine.
• Raspberry Pistachio (gold foil): Recovery. Tart cherry and astaxanthin, two ingredients athletes reach for after hard training.
