A2 raw whole milk from Raw Farm in Fresno, bottled and sealed under a CDFA market milk permit and delivered to us finished. Straight into the cooler, sold exactly as it arrived.

A2 refers to the beta-casein protein the herd carries. Some people who find ordinary milk hard going get on better with it; we’re not going to tell you it will fix anything, because we don’t know that.

In store only, and always will be. Federal law (21 CFR 1240.61) prohibits raw milk for human consumption from crossing state lines.

Public health authorities advise against raw milk, particularly for young children, pregnant women, the elderly and anyone immunocompromised. Permitted dairy, tested batches, cold chain kept.
