Buy the block rather than the bag if you can be bothered to grate it — it keeps longer, it melts better, and the cut face tells you more about the cheese than a bag ever will.

If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Opened food and refrigerated items are the one exception, for obvious reasons.
