Raw-milk Gouda with garlic and herbs: the one for bread, eggs and boards.

Made in the Dutch tradition from raw cow's milk from the Stuyt family's own herd, with garlic and herbs folded into the curd, then aged a minimum of sixty days. Creamy and buttery underneath, savory on top. Raw milk keeps the enzymes and cultures that pasteurization removes, so it tastes fuller than a young cheese usually does.

Sold by the piece. Keep refrigerated; wrap the cut face in paper or wax rather than tight plastic. Raw cow's milk, aged over 60 days.

Made by the Stuyt family, a fourth-generation dairy family in Escalon, California, who began making cheese from their own milk in 2015.

If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Opened food and refrigerated items are the one exception, for obvious reasons.
